We did that silly little post on Tuesday about the Canadian medical monitoring decision, and we fully expected it to wither on the vine. (The big news Tuesday was the proposed new CBE regulation, about which we’ll have more to say momentarily.)

But a funny thing happened on the way to the CBE reg: Canada lit us up like a Christmas tree!

We typically get a half dozen or a dozen daily visits from folks living north of the border. Yesterday, nearly 400 of you visited.

What did we do?

Amuse you? Tick you off? Surely not educate you — as that post made clear, what we know about Canadian class action law would fit neatly on the head of a pin.

(If the post annoyed you, and hundreds of Canadians are getting ready to come over the border after us, then Beck wrote the post, and he lives in Philadelphia. Herrmann had nothing to do with it, and he’s at an unknown, secure location.)

In any event, we extend a warm welcome to the folks from McCarthy Tétrault (you taught us something — see that little accent over the e?) and all the rest.

As long as you’re amused, and not mad, we’re happy to have you aboard.
