We have our niche — drug and device product liability law, with an occasional foray into other aspects of complex or aggregate litigation.

But we also have our inflated sense of self-importance, which prompted us yesterday to venture into the field of legal marketing. We published an off-topic post suggesting four new year’s resolutions for lawyers interested in marketing their firms.
