Don’t overlook this article in this morning’s Wall Street Journal about the intense lobbying behind the scenes in Wyeth v. Levine. (The reference, near the bottom, to the “Drug and Device Makers Preemption Conference” is seemingly about the ACI conference that the two of us co-chaired in Philadelphia last month. We’re always glad to be involved in this particular debate.)
