We were pleased to see that the November issue of the ABA Journal, in the article titled “Pre-emption Prescription,” did not merely quote one of your humble scribes, but also referred to our little experiment as “the authoritative Drug and Device Law blog.”

We knew we were something, but we were struggling to come up with the right adjective. Having read it, we now think that “authoritative” sounds good to us.
