1. Although it happened last week, we just saw that the Department of Justice has again indicted individual officers of a device company for allegedly having participated in an illegal marketing scheme. This time, it’s the former president of Stryker Biotech. Here’s a link to coverage of the story at the In Vivo Blog. That turns up the heat pretty high at drug and device companies.
2. Pharmalot, which was a great blog covering the sandbox in which we play, had gone silent back in January. We’re pleased to report that Pharmalot is back! Here’s a link for the curious, and we’ve again put Pharmalot in our blog roll over there in the right-hand column.
